They specialize in accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and early-stage budget planning for real estate and infrastructure projects. The platform enables developers, general contractors, and project managers to make faster, smarter, and more profitable decisions from day one-using precise data instead of assumptions.

Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the most critical phase of any construction project: the planning stage. By combining AI-powered automation with deep construction expertise. Constrol helps reduce risk, improve coordination, and significantly increases financial visibility across the entire lifecycle of a project.

GY Properties has been partnering with Constrol to implement this technology across its residential projects. This collaboration allows GY to strengthen its early planning, improve cost efficiency, and support better execution across its growing portfolio. Internship: Business Development Intern for Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Fall / Winter 2026
Stipend/Pay: For Class Credit / Unpaid

Position Summary
We're looking for a detail focused and driven Intern for Business Development and Process Optimization, the most successful candidate will have a “big picture” mindset, while holding the basic tech skills to join us in managing our U.S. operations. This role combines business development, strategic thinking, initiative, and execution, using digital tools and smart work methodologies. a construction tech company at the forefront of innovation in the building industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing workflows and processes for engaging with new markets and potential clients
• Building strategies to identify relevant audiences and determine the best ways to reach them
• Using digital tools and automation to streamline and prioritize lead generation
• Supporting day-to-day tasks while actively seeking ways to improve them
• Working closely with the U.S. operations lead and integrating into our global business activities

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, and a fast learner
• A business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
• Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and AI-based tools
• Bonus: Interest in real estate, construction, startups, or marketing
• Basic understanding of structural engineering principles and building components is highly desirable.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
